    Briston is full service general contractor with its primary focus on hospital construction throughout the United States. If you are looking for a change of pace and more responsibility this is the opportunity for you.

    Looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager in public works, federal contracting, and/or hospital construction. Experience working with the federal government or hospital construction is a plus.

    This position is for an ongoing data project that is nearing completion by Fall 2024. After project completion, there is further opportunity if willing to travel.

    Qualifications must include at a minimum:

    • 5 years experience in a quality control role
    • Able to provide references for the last two projects that can be verified
    • Proficient with Procore
    • Proficient in Microsoft Works (Word & Excel)
    • Must be able to pass a federal background check

    Should have OSHA 30-HR certification current within last 5 years.

    Duties will include:

    • Coordinating work with subcontractors in patient care areas around the hospital
    • Installing and removing infection control barriers in construction areas
    • Performing closeout and punch walks with subcontractors and the owner
    • Daily and weekly site inspections
    • Quality control inspections
    • Manage QC and Closeout Documents in Procore
    • General cleanup and housekeeping
