Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an Application Manager Digital Government (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin.

Your responsibilities
Conceptualization, configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
Interface (SPoC) between operations, service management and projects within the multiproject organization for the establishment of services
Ensuring efficient and reliable provision of new services within the multiproject organization, including planning, implementation and monitoring for operations
Conceptualization and implementation of cross-project services such as user, configuration and change management
Monitoring and management of cloud and on-premise infrastructures to ensure functionality for the continued operation of existing applications, 3rd party MPO and applications without a development team
Identification and management of risks related to applications and services to minimize operational disruptions
Ensuring that disruptions are quickly resolved and their impact on users is minimized
Your profile
Successfully completed technical studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Extensive professional experience in the field of service/application management
Good knowledge of application architecture, development and operational understanding of technologies, frameworks and tools related to application management (e.g. Gitlab, Jenkins)
Sound knowledge in the areas of agile project management, quality assurance and corresponding planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint)
Confident in interacting with customers, team members and stakeholders
Good written communication skills for complex
