Join our team at Harvey 'Seniorenzentrum Mittelmosel | Zell (Mosel) as a part-time (50%) Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) at our location in Zell (Mosel).

Your responsibilities will include contributing to and further developing an internal quality management system, ensuring structural, process, and outcome quality, planning and supporting the implementation of quality assurance and improvement measures, assisting with the implementation of a systematic complaint management system, and participating in the development of a cross-location quality management system.

You will also support the introduction, implementation, and evaluation of current nursing standards/guidelines, including monitoring their implementation.

To be a good fit for our team, you should have completed a vocational training in elderly care, healthcare, or nursing, ideally with additional qualifications in quality assurance or previous experience as a quality officer (m/f/d).

You should also have a good understanding of legal regulations (SGB XI), particularly regarding the requirements for quality assurance and quality inspections on behalf of health insurance providers and regulatory authorities.

Practical experience with quality assurance and management tools is also desirable.
