Your tasks with us:

  • ongoing monitoring of the operational readiness of the building
  • operation of technical systems and technical rooms according to needs and events
  • regular inspection, testing and documentation of technical systems and technical rooms
  • control of escape and rescue routes as well as emergency-relevant systems and fire loads
  • control of accident prevention, path and traffic safety
  • initiation and documentation of troubleshooting and defect elimination
  • execution of minor repairs
  • inspection of house rules, order and cleanliness
