job descriptions, using these checklists as a normative guideline in this effort.
I. POSITION PURPOSE
A. Maintains an accurate and up-to-data Parish Data System. Provides assistance to other
staff members as needed.
II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Maintains the Parish Data System making changes and adding new parishioners
as appropriate.
B. Posts weekly contributions.
C. Maintains ministry volunteer information including reports and labels.
D. Prepares census and donation reports as requested.
E. Files various documents for the Accounting Department such as disbursements,
journal entries, cash receipts, and financial reports.
F. Prepares registration cards and letters for new parishioners.
G. Provides general support to other staff members in area of responsibility.
III. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
A. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
St. Pius X Catholic School is looking for a database manager. This individual would be responsible for our Finalsite database program. Position is two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday - $20 per hour). If interested, please contact Joan Sullivan at
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
