We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our team in Marysville as a Team Leader in Product Management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving new product developments in interdisciplinary teams and working with international mobile suppliers.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading the Product Management group for Automotive Data Connectors for the US market
  • Taking ownership of the connector product range, such as FAKRA, HFM, HSD, and RMC
  • Overseeing the market for international automotive suppliers
  • Managing product and project development for automotive products from concept to production
  • Analyzing customer needs
  • Providing sales support and presenting technical concepts to our global customers
  • Taking technical responsibility for defined product and customer areas
  • Developing new product strategies for automotive wiring systems

Your profile should include:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with relevant experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of electromechanical components
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Experience in project management and leading a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel
