Description
We are searching for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
When performing Disability Assessments, you will examine medical records online through a web portal and conduct a focused, face-to-face physical evaluation for each Veteran.
You will digitally record the examination results needed by the VA via the web portal.
The Nurse Practitioner does not determine disabilities. The United States Veterans Administration handles all disability determinations.
This role specifically focuses on Disability Assessments for Veterans. You will not provide treatment or prescribe medications in this role.
On average, this position conducts Disability Assessments for 3-5 Veterans daily.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8 am to 4 pm).
This is an IN-PERSON role.
