- 75% Responsible for developing new customers and achieving sales targets within the corporate segment
- Lead strategic planning to ensure new client acquisition targets are consistently met
- Deliver new sales volume targets by developing key tactical plans
- Support the implementation of sales programs to promote key messages and obtain a competitive advantage
- Ensure all strategic objectives and profitable sales volume are reached
- Establish strong customer relationships across all levels of influence
- Coordinate company personnel to meet customer onboarding expectations
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Lead solution development efforts addressing customer needs
- 15% Responsible for market research, understanding industry and competitor trends within the assigned segments
- Assess market opportunities and competitive climate to provide appropriate solutions
- Understand customer's motivational drivers and values
- Demonstrate industry and market knowledge for engaging potential customers
- 10% Responsible for learning and personal development to master the art of selling
- Identify and practice new skills and sales methodologies
- Master CRM skills and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Total number of new customers acquired
- Total revenue generated from new customers
- Total number of pipeline customers acquired
- Meets profitability goals and achieves strategic customer objectives
- Completes strategic customer Sales plans
- Associate Degree/bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Progressive sales experience in service organizations (1-2 years)
