    Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and team leadership.

    This is a temporary Task Force position, come spend the Spring in Louisville, KY


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daily operations of the property including front desk, valet, housekeeping, maintenance, will also have some restaurant responsibilities.
    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective customer service strategies
    • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
    • Supervise staff to ensure quality service delivery
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall hotel operations

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in hospitality management and hotel operations in a full service hotel
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
