InsuraTec Services Group is seeking highly motivated and client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Sales Managers.
As a Client Relationship Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions.
This is a commission-only position with the flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and sales support.
Understand clients' insurance requirements and offer suitable insurance products and services.
Work with provided leads to drive sales and achieve targets.
No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing involved.
Provide exceptional client support and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Complete required training to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided).
Embrace a self-paced, driven, and self-motivated work ethic.
Uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Must be self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
