The uv-technik Speziallampen GmbH specializes in the production of ultraviolet and infrared lamps used for disinfection of water, air, and surfaces. With over 110 employees, we have been supplying customers worldwide for more than 30 years.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Wümbach near Ilmenau to assist with the production and processing of our products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and advising existing customers, as well as actively strengthening customer relationships
  • Identifying customer potentials and acquiring new customers
  • Providing technical advice and product training
  • Preparing and conducting negotiations
  • Pre- and post-meeting preparation for customer appointments
  • Developing and optimizing customer solutions
  • Participating in trade shows

Your profile:

  • 3 years of experience in technical sales
  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • University degree is an advantage (industrial engineering, engineering)
  • Good technical understanding
  • Knowledge in the field of lighting technology is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills, self-management, and self-motivation
