    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving sales, and fostering strategic partnerships within the window-coveringindustry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the window coverings or textile industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
