    Description
    Business Development Project Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving STA's
    business partner relationships by conducting research, interpreting data and making recommendations
    based on findings. The Project Specialist will track and record metrics, data and statistics on STA and
    partner performance, authorization rates and partner relations on a regular basis. The Project Specialist is
    also responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and terminating STA staff electronic medical record access.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in health-related field, business, or information technology.
    • Ability to utilize interpersonal communication skills to establish positive relationships with internal and
    external partners

    • Experience with health care applications
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and an ability to work independently
    • Prior OPO experience preferred
    • EPIC experience strongly preferred
    • Strong organizational skills required
    • Quality assurance/quality control experience preferred
    • Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, Windows
    environment (Word, Excel – Intermediate to Advanced skills) required. Strong word processing,
    database and presentation software skills. Ability to perform data entry and audit.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required
    • Excellent communication skills required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all
    levels of personnel and to represent the organization publicly.

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
    • Ability to cope with high levels of stress and able to handle a heavy workload.
    • Ability to travel in light and commercial aircraft or drive his/her personal auto in order to meet all job
    duties and responsibilities. Current Driver's license required.
