    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Entry-Level Recruiter.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse range of individuals while contributing to the success of our staffing agency.

    The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for working with people.

    This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Candidate Screening:
    Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
    Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    Maintain detailed records of candidate information and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.


    Client Interaction and Relationship Building:
    Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate availability.
    Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


    Administrative Tasks:
    Manage administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
    Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.


    Team Collaboration:
    Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate candidate placements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    Support colleagues with additional tasks and projects as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
    Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work until daily tasks are completed and orders are filled.
