About the Role:
As the Director of Brand and Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Filevine's brand
identity and amplifying our voice across all channels. You'll be a strategic leader, overseeing a
talented team of designers, copywriters, and videographers, and ensuring our creative vision
comes to life.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in brand strategy and creative leadership and 5+ years of people management experience
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand campaigns.
Extensive experience in managing and inspiring creative teams.
Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and content marketing.
Experience across the full palette of brand expression: print, OOH, events, experiential, digital, social media, film, and motion
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Passion for Filevine's mission and the legal tech industry (a plus).
