This role provides an incredible opportunity to partner with our CEO to ensure alignment on critical priorities and deliverables. You'll build relationships with our CEO and other executives to optimize their time and ensure they continue to drive value for the organization. Our CEO wants a thought partner to help them best utilize their time, run org-wide initiatives, and scale the business.

Your primary responsibilities are handling weekly schedules for the CEO, taking detailed notes and action items, following through on critical deliverables and internal team communication. The ideal candidate will also have interest in leading office operations of our headquarters in Mountain View and championing company culture for our hybrid onsite/remote team. We are looking for an amazing EA who loves to work in a fast moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an organizational process that reduces redundancy and improves accuracy.
Manage vendor relations and procurement process.
Lead office management duties at our HQ in Mountain View.
Champion cultural initiatives for our in-office and remote workforce
Compile briefing documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the CEO.
Help prioritize CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information as needed.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the technology industry.
Proficient with prioritization – You know how to prioritize and balance proactive vs reactive work. You have great time management and organizational skills.
Be proficient using tools like Google Apps, Adobe, Salesforce, and
Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional writing and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients at all levels.
B.A. or B.S undergraduate degree.
