Job Summary and Qualifications:

Have you always dreamed of working in the Emergency Department? Are you a current RN with at least 1 year of acute care experience? The ER Plus program is for you Regional Medical Center has a unique opportunity with the StaRN Plus.

Cohort start Date:

Monday, June 3, 2024

What qualifications you will need:

Current California Nursing License
Current ACLS, BCLS & PALS certification required
Current TNCC, CEN & NEP preferred
Emergency, Trauma & Critical Care experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
Continuing education pertaining to Emergency/Trauma Care preferred
At least oneyear acute hospital patient care required

Eligible to transfer per policy:

6 months in current position
No write ups in the last 6 months

Regional Medical Center of San Jose is a 264 bed acute care hospital with a Level II Trauma Center. The hospital provides a host of technologically advanced services including Cardiovascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Bariatric and General Surgery, Interventional Pulmonology and services for Women.
