Role Summary: The Environmental, Health, and Safety Director will provide strong leadership in the development and oversight of the organization's environmental and safety programs. This position will implement and oversee the EHS programs, strategies, and initiatives within the entire organization and will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain a world class environmental organization that also fosters a culture of safe work behaviors that keep all our employees, guests, and stakeholders safe from any type of harm

Pay Transparency: The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $225,000. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance. New-Indy provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
