Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Take food and drink orders accurately
Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
Serve food and beverages to guests
Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:

Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred
Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Proficient in cash handling procedures
Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
Familiarity with sanitation regulations and food safety practices
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
