Description

Orgill is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Tech to join their team in Post Falls, Idaho. As part of the Orgill family, you will be immersed in a culture of support and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll processing for over 150 employees
Support recruitment efforts for the distribution center
Maintain HR systems and update employee records
Coordinate internal and external staffing functions
Provide administrative support for various HR tasks
Contribute to special projects and employee-related activities
Perform general office and administrative duties
Process employee paperwork from hiring to separation
Execute tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required
Office environment experience, preferably in HR
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong commitment to the HR field
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Flexibility in meeting changing demands
Knowledge of HRIS and time management systems
Strong attendance and work ethic
Commitment to safety and standards
Fluent in English

Nice to Haves:

1 year of HR or recruiting experience

Additional Information:

Weekends off
Option for a 4-day work week
Starting salary of $19.00 per hour
