- Develop and implement automation scripts (IaC) and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes.
- Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and availability using cloud monitoring and logging tools.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and release processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability in the cloud environment.
- Participate in incident response and resolution activities, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect cloud-based resources and data, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
- 5+ years DevOps experience automating build, deployment, and test automation for web based applications and services
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including cloud services and resource provisioning.
- Proficient in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Working knowledge of Cloud monitoring and alerting services like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, NewRelic.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Mediaradar is seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic software engineering team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage cloud-based applications and services, monitor system health, improve system reliability and accelerate the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This remote position can be based in either the US or in Canada.
