    Description

    Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a DevOps Lead with extensive expertise in crafting and executing DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will spearhead a team of engineers to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability in clients' environments.

    • Manage the design and implementation of DevOps strategies and solutions to bolster Active Directory Implementation, Operation, and client digital transformation objectives.
    • Oversee the architecture and development of CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Terraform, Ansible, Windows PowerShell, Jenkins, and GitHub Repo Management.
    • Deploy and set up Harness for continuous delivery and automation purposes.
    • Ensure the security and reliability of DevOps environments using security tools such as ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Vault, and Venafi.
    • Create and execute monitoring solutions with platforms like Splunk, SignalFX, LogicMonitor, Satellite, and Sailpoint.
    • Offer expertise in AWS cloud services.
    • Execute code quality and security scans using SonarQube, Veracode, Black Duck, and Qualys.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to establish and implement top practices for DevOps processes and tooling.

    Key Skills:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Over 10 years of experience in DevOps capacities, emphasizing team leadership.
    • Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Rancher-K8s, and other DevOps tools.
    • Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services and VMware.
    • Knowledge of security tools and identity management solutions.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities, combined with a teamwork approach.

    Must Have:

    • Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Terraform for AWS Cloud, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub Repo Management.
    • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with the Windows Server Platform and PowerShell.
    • Establish monitoring solutions with tools including Splunk, SignalFX, LogicMonitor, Satellite, and Sailpoint.
    • Expertise in AWS cloud services and network configuration.
    • Perform code quality and security scans utilizing SonarQube, Veracode, Black Duck, and Qualys.
    • Engage with multifunctional teams to delineate and execute prime practices for DevOps processes and tooling.

    Good To Have:

    • Active Directory Integration with PKI infrastructure, SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Vault is a Plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical involvement.
    • Experience in constructing essential automation tools with standard technologies like Terraform, Ansible, and DSC configuration is a bonus.
    • Familiarity with Bluecat is an added advantage.
