    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Agile Feature team in the Distributed Infrastructure unit. The role involves delivering cloud-like experiences for on-premise tech hosting (Infrastructure-as-a-Service). Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code development using CI/CD pipelines is needed. If you're familiar with VMWare Aria Suite or Nutanix components and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell, you're a great fit!

    In this role, you will:

    • Adhere to and refine Platform Architecture
    • Collaborate with architects and engineers on modern strategies
    • Implement DevOps and CI/CD frameworks
    • Drive innovation in CI/CD pipeline technology
    • Ensure solutions meet security standards
    • Code and test using Agile practices
    • Maintain expertise in areas like SRE and more
    • Act as a DevOps transformation agent
    • Develop best practices for engineering solutions
    • Consult with peers and drive design reviews
    • Evaluate new products and capabilities

    Required Qualifications, US:

    • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
    • 4+ years of scripting experience
    • 4+ years of formal development experience
    • 2+ years of infrastructure automation experience
    • 2+ years of experience with GitHub, Jenkins
    • 2+ years of complex application solution design
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of infrastructure engineering experience
    • Experience with Cloud Management Platforms
    • Business process engineering experience
    • Experience with risk management capabilities
