    Job Title: Quality Technician

    Job Summary: As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our manufacturing processes and products. You will be responsible for conducting various quality gates, checks, audits, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Additionally, you will oversee torque levels in certain processes, provide secondary sign-offs, and conduct containment and process audits to maintain high standards of quality.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform quality gates at different stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    2. Conduct checks on processes to ensure accurate documentation and data recording.
    3. Monitor torque levels in relevant processes to ensure they meet specified requirements.
    4. Provide secondary sign-offs by physically verifying the quality of products or processes.
    5. Conduct formal containment and process audits, meticulously following audit protocols and documentation.
    6. Perform other duties as assigned, such as dock audits in Shipping & Receiving and implementing checks and balances throughout operations.

    Requirements:

    1. Proficiency in using calipers and other measurement tools.
    2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
    3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
    4. Experience with battery manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
    5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and audits.
    6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey quality-related issues.
    7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
