Are you passionate about driving marketing and communications plans and activities, managing a small marketing team, and being a part of the European growth journey for payroll and Human Capital Management solutions?

Our current teamlead for Paychex Germany will be going on maternity leave in June 2023, and we are looking for a marketing lead to cover her role at Paychex Deutschland GmbH.

This is an opportunity to contribute to expanding the Paychex brand and driving marketing activities such as campaigns, content marketing, PR, and brand positioning.

With over 40 years of experience in payroll services in Germany, we are now expanding our portfolio to include software for Human Capital Management.

As a subsidiary of Paychex Inc., we have over 6,000 customers in Germany and employ over 200 people in Hamburg, Berlin, and Dresden.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer at Lessor Group & Paychex Europe, we are seeking an experienced marketing lead to manage all Paychex marketing activities in collaboration with the local marketing team, sales and product teams, and our global marketing team.

This is a maternity cover for at least one year, with the possibility of extension.
