These exciting tasks await you:


  • Independent legal support for the specialist departments, business units, and managing directors of the group companies worldwide, especially in the areas of compliance & data protection, including advice on complex legal issues, projects with risk potential and/or strategic background, including, if necessary, taking over project management
  • Examination, drafting, and enforcement of contracts and contractual relationships with business partners worldwide, including conducting contract negotiations and managing any necessary domestic and foreign lawyers, especially in the areas of compliance & data protection
  • Handling of cases in the field of commercial and corporate law, especially in the areas of antitrust and competition law, data protection law, and other cases in the field of compliance

This is what you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed law degree, 1st and 2nd state examination with at least one distinction
  • Several years of professional
