Wolfgang, we are currently looking for a:

Employee (m/f/d) for order processing / customer service:

Your responsibilities will include:

-
Taking responsibility: You will independently manage and track customer orders from order entry, to confirmation and tracking of delivery, to invoicing and credit note creation. Additionally, you will handle order processing with suppliers and manage customer complaints.

Shaping processes: You will support the department management with internal and cross-departmental tasks.
-
Working with a customer-oriented approach: You will handle correspondence with customers and always keep the confirmed delivery date in mind, ensuring it is met in coordination with other internal functions.

Fostering team spirit: You will support the team with general administrative tasks.

Your profile should include:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.

You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
-
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the software industry.

You are open, communicative, and have a strong customer orientation.
-
You enjoy challenges and engaging tasks with a high level of responsibility.
-
You are flexible, committed, a team player, and able to handle stress.
-
You have fluent German language skills.
