    We are seeking to fill a unique Management Analyst 3 in Tumwater, WA, to coordinate and manage projects in support of the Audit division staff and goals. Providing employee access to data and information will allow employees to perform efficiently and effectively.     Duties

    Who we are looking for

    A business professional who projects a positive attitude and encourages process improvements. You will utilize your creativity to design and present visuals using data.

    This position is an opportunity to collaborate and build strong partnerships while sustaining an idea-driven environment. Effective written and verbal communication is essential to build and maintain these relationships. Knowledge and experience updating and managing SharePoint is necessary for success in this role.

    The Project Coordinator will:

  • Serve as the Audit Division SharePoint Owner, including administering existing sites and creating new sites.
  • Analyze the division's usage of SharePoint and manage the data contained within, serving as Designated Records Custodian for SharePoint, applying LEAN principles to update and properly destroy data.
  • Assist with projects impacting strategic and long-range planning activities including:Conduct interviews, such as Exit and Stay interviews, analyzing the data gathered and preparing reports for management's use, which identify trends and outliers.Assist with the division's recruitment efforts. Coordinate with the HR Division, Audit Management Team, and Administrative Assistants to identify job fair opportunities and ensure Audit's presence at these events.Develop and deliver the State of the Audit report based on the data gathered from subject matter experts.Assist with general tracking and reporting of division initiatives such as CPE Depot enrollment and usage, Combined Fund Drive Coordinators, etc.Develop visuals such as organizational charts and coverage maps in support of divisional needsAssist with Audit Division Recognition Program; this includes leading the Audit Team Recognition Program. Represent the Division on the Website Governance Committee. Communicate with content owners regarding updates and retention.Assist with the Audit Trail Newsletter.
  • Serve as the Audit Division video data librarian, creating and maintaining a library of video materials, as well as creating processes for proper data storage, ensuring compliance with Information Services and Information Governance Office requirements.
  • Support employees with general questions related to The Learning Center employee training application.
  • Serve as a technical resource for Audit staff for SharePoint and Teams applications.
  • Qualifications

    A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field AND two years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience.

    NOTE: Qualifying experience will substitute year for year for education.

  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing across diverse audiences in order to build constructive working relationships.
  • Knowledge and professional experience using SharePoint.
  • Knowledge and professional experience using Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Preference may be granted to applicants who possess:
  • Ability to compose clear, direct, and succinct written messages that effectively convey ideas or information to the intended reader.
  • Ability to explain or present information in a clear, concise, logical manner that achieves understanding of the intended message.

  • Understanding of LEAN Principles.
  • Ability to recognize, define, and solve problems by analyzing relevant information and encouraging alternative solutions.
  • Experience with records retention best practices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Audit division's business processes, field audit procedures, content of our training courses, keeping current on changes in industry practices.
