- Serve as the Audit Division SharePoint Owner, including administering existing sites and creating new sites.
- Analyze the division's usage of SharePoint and manage the data contained within, serving as Designated Records Custodian for SharePoint, applying LEAN principles to update and properly destroy data.
- Assist with projects impacting strategic and long-range planning activities including:Conduct interviews, such as Exit and Stay interviews, analyzing the data gathered and preparing reports for management's use, which identify trends and outliers.Assist with the division's recruitment efforts. Coordinate with the HR Division, Audit Management Team, and Administrative Assistants to identify job fair opportunities and ensure Audit's presence at these events.Develop and deliver the State of the Audit report based on the data gathered from subject matter experts.Assist with general tracking and reporting of division initiatives such as CPE Depot enrollment and usage, Combined Fund Drive Coordinators, etc.Develop visuals such as organizational charts and coverage maps in support of divisional needsAssist with Audit Division Recognition Program; this includes leading the Audit Team Recognition Program. Represent the Division on the Website Governance Committee. Communicate with content owners regarding updates and retention.Assist with the Audit Trail Newsletter.
- Serve as the Audit Division video data librarian, creating and maintaining a library of video materials, as well as creating processes for proper data storage, ensuring compliance with Information Services and Information Governance Office requirements.
- Support employees with general questions related to The Learning Center employee training application.
- Serve as a technical resource for Audit staff for SharePoint and Teams applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing across diverse audiences in order to build constructive working relationships.
- Knowledge and professional experience using SharePoint.

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field AND two years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience.
