    We are looking for an experienced EHS Client Manager in Digital EHS and ESG Services to join our Digital EHS and ESG Management practice. As a growing team, we are focused embedding EHS management and ESG reporting technology within Client organizations by providing a range of services across the full project lifecycle. You'll get to work on a range of different projects across various industries and geographies. The team offers an array of digital services to our clients across strategic advisory, implementation, and sustainment; and across a range of EHS domains including safety, sustainability, compliance, risk, performance management, and environmental management.

    In this role, you will join our core team to build market presence, opportunity pipeline, project revenues, and delivery capability. You will further advance our reputation for EHS and ESG Management Systems solutions by helping us drive the continued growth of Langan's national business through selling and delivering world-class EHS and ESG Digital Services projects as well as recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Support the growth and development of Langan's integrated solutions and actively collaborate with colleagues across North America. Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate Langan in the market;
    • Develop and implement strategic business and action plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand Langan's Digital Services business and client base in the North America;
    • As a senior "seller/doer," personally win new Digital Services engagements annually. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business;
    • Develop and manage strategic EHS & ESG Management Information Systems programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues. Design and direct large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality;
    • Leverage technical skills to help teams drive double-digit profitable growth across the Digital Services service lines (e.g., effectively working with key clients by assisting them with their EHS & ESG Management Information Systems software selection, implementation, system integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements).
    • Lead, manage performance, inspire, and mentor personnel for overall success of the team; and
    • Develop a working understanding of Langan's other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related program;
    • 15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS & ESG Management Information Systems and sustainable EHS programs. Possess a diverse client portfolio which includes clients from the energy, chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, power, utilities, mining, hi-tech, or food and beverage markets;
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in EHS & ESG Management Information Systems software solutions. Successful hands-on experience with Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, SAP EHS(M), ProcessMAP or other related EHS&S software systems;
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHS domains;
    • Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the national marketplace; and
    • Ability to travel as needed.

    Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. This position is also eligible to participate in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
