- Work directly with users in Kingston facilities to connect and set up new equipment.
- Perform active directory and Office 365 account management.
- Provide IT support as a member of the IT help desk staff.
- Configure devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
- Deploy new devices to end users in multiple healthcare facilities.
- Provide general support related to all Kingston devices.
- Prefer candidates who are passionate about technology and can provide awesome customer service.
- Prefer nerds who are constantly concerned with the speed of their gaming computer.
- Proficiency with configuring Windows and iOS.
- Experience supporting a wide range of users at different levels of proficiency with technology is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work After Hours/On Call as needed.
