    What you'll be doing as part of our staff:

    • Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service to ensure they feel welcome
    • Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries
    • Check-in members, provide club tours, sign up new members, and communicate updates to guests
    • Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
    • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including bathrooms and equipment

    Requirements and Physical Demands:

    • Minimum age of 18
    • Must be punctual and reliable
    • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
    • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds during shifts

    Compensation:
    $14.00 per hour
