RN - Patient Homes - Team 320 - Patients - West Cape, Pine Island, Matlacha and NE Cape - (Cape Office)
Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills required and nursing experience strongly preferred.
Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month.
Flexible hours available hour shifts or hour shifts)
Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and locations to meet organizational needs.
