    RN - Patient Homes - Team 330 - Patients in North Ft. Myers, North Cape Coral, Boca Grande, Ft. Myers (North of Colonial Blvd.) - Cape Coral Office

    Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills and minimum 1 year nursing experience required.

    Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month.

    Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service areas and locations to meet organizational needs.
