    Description

    RN - Patient Homes - Team 110 - Patients located in Fort Myers - (Fort Myers Office)

    Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills required and minimum 1 year nursing experience strongly desired. Florida RN License required.

    Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month.


    Flexible hours available hour shifts or hour shifts)

    Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and locations to meet organizational needs.
