    Description

    RN - Patient Homes - Team 320 - Patients in Cape Coral, Pine Island, Matlacha - (Cape Office)

    Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills and minimum 1 year RN nursing experience required.

    Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month.

    Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and locations to meet organizational needs.
