- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3PM – 11PM

- Execute TIG welding operations on aircraft components, meeting NDT specifications and production schedules.
- Conduct TIG welding on titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and Nickel alloy parts with standardized procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineering on program development and new methods for product improvement.
- Contribute ideas for new tooling.
- Inspect welds for compliance and adjust as necessary.
- Blend, grind, or polish welds to meet requirements.
- Use precision tools for measuring and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
- Complete production paperwork and perform equipment maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aerospace environment
- Proficient in passing welding tests for aircraft welding certifications
- Strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge and practical experience in aerospace environments
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new trades or skills are valued.
