- Encourage cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development in students.
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and create a positive learning environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- A state teaching license for early childhood education.
- Proven experience as a kindergarten teacher, early childhood educator, or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of child development and creative educational teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and passionate about your role as an educator.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
