Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Assist students with diverse needs in achieving their academic goals
- Provide oneonone support to students as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in special education is a plus
- Passion for helping every child succeed
