The International Tax Director will manage the U.S.compliance for our foreign operations consisting of approximately 600 foreign legal entities and will be involved in preparation and review of detailed analysis & calculations including foreign source income, foreign tax credit, K2/K3, Subpart F, GILTI; and maintenance of adequate records associated with the U.S.
taxation of foreign operations. S. compliance for our foreign operations including Forms 5471, 8865, and 8858Calculate foreign source income, K2/K3, FDII, 163(j) limitation, Subpart F inclusion including GILTI
Manage administrative functions related to CorpTax International
Maintain adequate records associated with the US taxation of foreign operations
Stay current on the US tax law development and perform tax research for compliance and transaction disclosure statements
Research on withholding tax and associated treaty benefit applicability of foreign countries
Update documentation of foreign structure and monitor transaction flows to assure foreign structure is properly maintained
Assist with foreign cash repatriations and tax planning
Minimum 8-10 years tax experience in public accounting firms and/or large multi-national companies with 5-6 years in international tax
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Excel, MS Office
Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle - CorpTax preferred Desired Characteristics
Advanced Degree MBA/MST, CPA a plus
