Description

Seeking open-minded, dependable, and ambitious professionals with the confidence to support a young autistic man with complex support needs living in the West San Fernando Valley.

A message from this young man:

  • This is a unique opportunity to learn from and contribute to a highly-skilled team that supports me in a neurodiversity-affirming way. While my support needs are high and complex, access to my preferred method of communication, supported by trained and trusted partners, allows me to lead a self-directed life of my design. My current movement and nervous system regulation challenges make navigating life very difficult, but the right support partners can help me access many activities that I enjoy when opportunities are present, such as a long walk (or run) or drive._
