    The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO).

    Overview
    This position will be responsible for driving results against key Talent Acquisition and Village initiatives. This position will support projects including: TA technology improvements/changes, process changes within TA and design of programs to enhance performance/support of TA strategy, inclusive of marketing & communications to internal and external stakeholders. Through their work, the project manager will gain a strong understanding of the business and have exposure to senior leaders and teams across DaVita. The ideal candidate is ambitious, inquisitive, creative, analytical and results-oriented. Due to the fact-paced environment of the team, the ideal candidate should also be flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter.

    As a Talent Acquisition Project Manager you will collaborate with others on initiatives that are critical to the success of the enterprise. Projects adapt to business needs regularly; activities may include: analyzing, improving/standardizing, and managing existing processes to drive engagement, experience and the utilization of TA tools and resources; providing analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders; creating training and quick-reference guides to support HR processes and systems; and acting as a liaison between key partners.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years proven project management and execution experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience working in Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets; strong analytical skills to find trends/insights and create meaningful pivot tables/graphs.
    • Experience managing projects of moderate size from concept through implementation variety of methods and techniques to plan, measure project activities, timeframes, and outcomes.
    • Experience writing project documentation and communication to stakeholders including building/presenting presentations for varying audiences.
    • Experience implementing project strategies and outcomes.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    1.) Project Management:
    • Manages projects from concept to execution, generally in a fast-paced environment including project strategy, goals and measuring outcomes.
    • Leverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities. Conduct analyses to assess impact on business metrics and provide strategic recommendations. Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing deployment plans Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
    • Provide project management, leadership and support while executing project; collaborate with various teams to drive results and overcome any minor conflicts with the support of leader
    2.) Communication Strategy and Execution:
    • Partners with teammates of all levels across the enterprise, including those who work in the clinics
    • Effectively challenges others during decision-making processes and constructively manages through feedback
    • Develop communications material for all meetings (team work sessions, training, senior TA Leadership)
    • Partner with other analysts to consolidate and synthesize analytics dashboards for communication materials and meetings
    • Collaborate as a thought-partner in designing project strategy, when needed
    3.) Special Projects
    • Drive forward other special projects as they arise, leading project strategy, goals and execution

    Salary/ Wage Range
    $75, $110,400.00 / year

    Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
