- Lead all aspects of financial management, from daily accounting to strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and controls to optimize financial operations.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the ownership team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally with leadership roles.
- CPA designation is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $130,000+ (based on experience)
