Job Summary


Raytheon is seeking a
Patriot Systems Program Consultant to support a portfolio of programs within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area closely interfacing with the Saudi Arabian customer and program stakeholders in support of facilitating contractual requirements.


In this role you will be providing support in the planning for Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) Programs and be the Point of Contact (POC) to the United States based Saudi Arabian Representative (SAR).

In addition, you will be supporting the multiple contracts including the Hawk Patriot Sustainment Contract, multiple GEM-T contracts and other contracts as required by performing general program management tasking and coordination with cross functional team members.


  • This role is Hybrid providing onsite support in Andover, MA as needed by the customer._

Responsibilities to Anticipate

  • Support Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs to ensure continuous development, assist in planning, and follow up on all requirements/programs of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF).
  • Support the SAR on all product inspection activity across multiple programs.
  • Support logístical, engineering, training, and transportation tasks that have an rigorous and financial relationship with governmental and nongovernmental activities.
  • Provide input data or develop information for the purposes of purchasing planning, documentation, and anticipation of operational programs with significant and recurring changes, while monitoring the administration of current and anticipated further program.
  • Support the Program Management Office (PMO) on various contractual performance obligations (E.G. Gates, Systems Integration & Checkout activities, etc.)
  • Aid interpreting program policy and establish methods and procedures to meet program requirements.
  • Participate in weapons system program planning and program management reviews.
  • Fully responsible for supporting the direction, implementation, and timely submittal of all customers related sponsored travel including both foreign and domestic planned trips to and within the United States.

Basic Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years' experience.
  • Experience with Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and / or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
  • Experience with Air Defense systems.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Periodic travel to Saudi Arabia and moderate travel within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program Management Excellence (PMX) certified (at least level 6).
  • Familiarity with Military Specifications.
  • Understanding and use of export and import controls, compliance, and licensing.
  • International experience preferably in the Middle East.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills including attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
