- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
- Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
- Lead the accounting/payroll team providing guidance and support as required.
- Administer all benefit plans including health, life, disability and 401k/pension plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
