Nexeo HR has partnered with a company seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Collections Agents. As a leading debt collection agency, our client specializes in managing debt portfolios, negotiating payment arrangements, and handling litigation cases. If you have experience in accounts receivable/collections and are comfortable with outbound calls, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound calls to individuals with outstanding debts.

•Manage debt portfolios and negotiate payment arrangements.

•Assist in skip tracing to locate individuals and their contact information.

•Prepare documents for litigation as necessary.

•Maintain professionalism and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

•Prior experience in accounts receivable/collections preferred.

•Comfortable with outbound calls and managing debt portfolios.

•Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•Ability to work independently and within a team.

•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

•High school diploma or equivalent required; college education a plus.

Pay

$15.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm with a one-hour break

Part-time hours are also available hours/week)
