    Description


    Support Analyst (ONSITE) at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description This position will provide direct IT support service for medical providers and nurse practitioners.

    The Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and workflows support, troubleshooting, mobile phone application support, and problem resolution for clinicians.

    This specialized role will ensure that all healthcare IT systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved in a timely, efficient, and effective manner to support patient care specifically for providers and nurse practitioners.

    Responsibilities As a Support Analyst, you will provide front-line investigation and resolution of issues identified through a call queue or ticketing system.

    In this role, you will also serve as the first line to investigate and resolve client problems received via phone, ticket, or other electronic means; recognize when to escalate issues by using applicable monitoring and troubleshooting tools; and provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email, as appropriate.

    You will also perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.

    Finally, you will research and use a knowledge base of information to understand and diagnose issues quickly and adhere to policies and procedures including HIPAA, PECA, CHIA, and client notification requirements.
