Under the direction of the Pre-Service Supervisor/Manager/Director, the Senior Pre-Service Specialist has a clear understanding and knowledge of all functions performed by Pre-Service.
They are responsible for, but not limited to, scheduling, Pre-Registration, estimates and collections, authorization verification and notice of admission enterprise wide - set the tone for patient experience when receiving care at PSJH.
