- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience (Finance or accounting) in a financial institution.
- Professional Certification in CFA is strongly preferred.
- CPA, CA or ACCA Certification is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of fixed income securities and derivatives products is required.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, Summit and Murex is highly desirable.
- Capability to use Excel Macro VBA and Python is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous competing demands and deliver on time.
- Experience in delivering high quality client services within a client-focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including the capacity to communicate and discuss complex technical accounting issues in simple terms both verbally and in writing.
- A very high degree of self-motivation and drive to high performance, while instilling a culture of fun and care in the workplace.
