    Description

    Title: Entry Level Billing Analyst

    Location: Northwest Washington D.C.

    Schedule: 40 hours per week

    Compensation: $60,000-80,000 per year (plus bonus)

    Our client, a business consulting firm, is looking to add an Entry Level Billing Analyst to their growing accounting department. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Successful incumbent will have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year university and 6+ months of billing experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients.
    • Posts payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
    • Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
    • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
    • Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 6+ months of billing experience
