- Maintain AFW's product portfolio of products in-store and online. This includes content, images, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely receipt of product information and digital assets.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct any discrepancies or inconsistencies in product data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups on execution to ensure all orders, shipments, claims, chargebacks, disputes, and returns are executed timely and accurately.
- Identify areas for process improvement, investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.
- Align with internal stakeholders to optimize implement and execute new programs or procedures.
- Work to optimize the financial aspects of the business for profitability, including rebates, credit memos, accruals, and returns.
- Manage and optimize dispute management process and reporting.
- Manage product returns and minimize their impact by working with our warehouses and 3rd party logistics providers to process timely, monitor conditions, provide insights, and report on product return trends and non-compliance.
- Work with our technical teams to monitor and maintain EDI compliance and optimization.
- Work closely with vendors and partners on new product rollouts and existing platform integrations.
- Perform all other operational duties as assigned.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills required
- Proven ability with importing, exporting, and updating large volumes of data to and from ERP and web platforms
- Ability to audit product data for accuracy and completeness
- Product Information Management platform (Salsify, InRiver, Akeeno) experience is preferred
- Experience with E-commerce Marketplaces
- Experience with digital product catalogs and inventory management/optimization.

Overview:
The person in this role will support the eCommerce and retail segments of the company by managing, optimizing, and expanding our product assortment and marketing activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has the skills and entrepreneurial drive to help us manage growth and innovate in this area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital catalog management.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $66,000
